aPoint was founded with a clear and unique assumption that the market need a selection model where objectivity and subjectivity evaluation criteria are evaluated and weighted to prioritize and evaluate potential candidates in the hiring process. The aPoint Selection Model purpose is to reduce the risk of selecting the wrong candidate and the costs this will cause not forgetting organizational unrest.
The aPoint Selection Model will subsequently be used and applied by the hiring Manager and HR for rationalization and status update, including adjustment and learnings from the chosen evaluation criteria used in the selection process.
